Here’s everything I’m working on outside of our sessions, included in the hourly rate.

• A full clinical assessment that takes into consideration your medical, family, cultural, and psychological history.

• A regularly updated treatment plan that is individualized to your history, identity, culture, and goals for therapy.

• Consultation from experienced supervisory clinicians who provide advice on continually improving client care.

• Researching therapy modalities and scientific literature to continuously refine your treatment.
